EmJ Hova is an actor/writer who lives in Queens, New York with her husband and baby. She grew up in Minnesota and after living in Paris for a year, moved to NYC. She began taking classes through the She-Collective in 2018 (Dani Super and Erica Jensen) where she fell in love with writing and has continued work on individual projects and collaboratively with others. She studied Mathematics and Theater at the University of Missouri and furthered her theatrical studies at the National Theater Institute (O’Neill). She currently works as a private tutor for students 2nd through 12th grade (All Angles Tutoring), and in her spare time can be found cooking and listening to podcasts. She has an unshakable passion for new work, inventive storytelling, and above all, collaboration.
